Our office is located at 1315 W. Main Street, Lexington, KY 40508, just minutes from downtown Lexington.
What are your office hours?
Our office is open Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
We are closed on Saturdays and Sundays.
When can I access my storage unit?
Tenants enjoy 24/7 access to their storage units for convenience and flexibility.
Do I have to sign a long-term lease?
No long-term commitment is required. We offer flexible month-to-month rentals, giving you the freedom to store for as long as you need.
When is rent due?
Rent is due on the 1st of each month.
What happens if I miss a payment?
If payment is not received by the 10th of the month, late fees will apply and your unit may be overlocked, temporarily restricting access. Accounts that remain unpaid for 30 days are subject to the lien process and auction in accordance with Kentucky state law.
Is autopay required?
Yes. All tenants are required to enroll in automatic monthly payments using a valid debit or credit card. To set up recurring payments, please call or text our office at 859-248-9101. Texting typically provides the fastest response.
How much notice is required to move out?
We require a 30-day written notice prior to your intended move-out date. Please contact the office to submit your notice and receive move-out instructions. Rent remains due during the 30-day notice period.
Is the facility secure?
Yes. Our facility features gated access with personalized entry codes, perimeter fencing, and video surveillance to help protect your belongings.
Do I need a temperature-controlled unit?
If you're storing items that may be sensitive to extreme heat or cold — such as electronics, wooden furniture, collectibles, or important documents — a temperature-controlled unit provides added protection. For general storage needs, our standard units are a secure and affordable option.
What items are not allowed in storage?
For safety and compliance reasons, the following items are not permitted in storage units:
- Vehicles of any kind (cars, motorcycles, ATVs, etc.)
- Hazardous materials or flammable liquids
- Explosives or firearms ammunition
- Perishable food
- Illegal items
- Anything that may pose a safety risk to the facility or other tenants
